Return and Refund Policy

At SoftwareKeyz, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Because we sell digital products (license keys) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our policy is designed to protect both the consumer and the integrity of our digital stock.

1. Digital Delivery & Returns

Due to the nature of digital software and license keys, items cannot be physically returned. Once a license key has been delivered to your email and viewed, it is considered "used" and cannot be resold.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or accidental purchases once the product key has been delivered to your email.

  • Compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device meets the minimum system requirements for the software purchased (e.g., Windows 11 requirements or Mac compatibility).

2. Refund Eligibility (Technical Issues)

We offer a 100% Activation Guarantee. If a license key does not work, we will first provide technical support to resolve the issue. If we are unable to activate your software, a full refund or replacement will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Our support team has been given the opportunity to troubleshoot the activation error (often requiring a screenshot of the error code).

  • The key is proven to be faulty and not a result of incorrect software version installation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer purchased the wrong product and the key has already been delivered.

  • The customer’s hardware does not meet the software’s minimum requirements.

  • The customer no longer needs the software after the key has been delivered.

  • The refund request is made after the 30-day guarantee period.

4. Refund Process

If you are experiencing a technical issue:

  2. Troubleshooting: Our team will respond within 24 hours to help you resolve the activation.

  3. Approval: If the key is found to be defective and a replacement does not work, we will approve your refund.

  4. Credit: Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation for a full refund only if the license key has not yet been sent to your email. Once the automated system delivers the key, the sale is considered final unless the key is technically defective.
